Nutley is doing amazing things for the children of the shore towns affected by Super Storm Sandy. They have a real Santa and their mission is below. Take a look.

We will be fulfilling wishlists provided by the church for children affected by the storm. Toys should be dropped off to our Toy Drive on Dec 8/9 at the Little Angels Nursery School on Washington Ave in Nutley. Our Schools are also having Toy Drives to Support the Nutley efforts.

We are working with 2 locations. If you would like to be put on the church’s list to receive, you can call the church directly or contact us and we will add you to the list.

As the admin I have heard many stories and tried to help many people but today I have been touch by 2 specifically. People I know and have known for a long time.

I can’t support these families alone and would love to hear from a couple people to help me make Christmas better for them. This is the season of giving. Let’s Give.

It just stinks and so depressing. You have always been such a GREAT PERSON. You should be proud of what you have made of yourself.

Operation Sandy Christmas is looking for volunteers in NY and NJ to man Stuff-A-Bus campaigns and toy drives to help the families that will spend their Christmas in shelters.

Someone put these little elves to work. Give Pat The Elf and this teams to pointy ears a call if you have some volunteer work for her to do.

Are you a family that has too many Christmas Decortaions and would like to donate some?

‘Decor’ the shore, I have organized a drive in Toms River, and put bins for people to donate their extra holiday decorations. I put bins in quite a few places and on December 14th the OCVTS Brick center is going to help me put them on tables for familes to come and pick out what they want. It would be really helpful if you could spread the word, I really want to make this a big event and help many!

On friday, they will be at toms river HS north, brick center OCVTS, ocean county library, ocean county YMCA, and toms river Club metro
